Nashville message coincides with “9/11” anniversary!
It was a beautiful day in Nashville this past weekend for the fifth consecutive week of warning messages. It just happened to be on the 3rd anniversary of the attack on the Twin Towers in New York. It was easy to make the connection between what we are doing and what happened on that fateful day three years ago. Our nation and the “way of life” that we know in this country can disappear just as fast as those lives disappeared on that day.
The phrase “We are safer now” is heard all the time. We are not safer now than we were three years ago! A lot of work has been done in this country to make a lot of areas seem safer, but the fact is more people around the world hate us now than ever before. Our only protection from terrorist attacks comes from God’s protection! We have also seen in the past three years a trend of moving away from God. How long will God continue to protect us if we continue this trend!
There was another meeting taking place on the
Nashville Capitol grounds when we arrived this past weekend. A local church
group was having a “prayer rally” in honor of the 3rd anniversary
of the attack in New York. Since we arrived about an hour early, we listen to
some of the speakers who were at this rally. We could agree with most of what we
heard. But it was obvious that it was more emotionally charged than dealing with
substance. There are many things that we as a nation and as individuals must
come to grips with if this nation is to escape a future captivity!
The other group’s meeting was to end at the same time the warning message was to begin. I had an opportunity to speak with the coordinator about informing his group about our message. He said he would pass the word around in his group. No one showed up from their group. Not even the coordinator! This didn’t surprise me because those who profess religion in this country are so fragmented that collectively they must give Satan a big laugh! Most would rather argue than to unite in a common cause of turning this nation around in it’s adherence to God and His laws.

want to make a difference, let us know. Knowing that you care will help
tremendously. Also let us know what you would like us to address in these
messages. As long as it is truth we are not afraid of saying anything. The
message this next weekend will be in Oklahoma City. Pray for God’s inspiration
and guidance.
